AI visibility for small businesses

When someone asks ChatGPT who to hire, does it say your name?

Your customers search differently now. They ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI for a recommendation, and those tools answer with a few names. I check whether your business is one of them, then do the work to get it there, in English and Spanish.

Is AI already deciding who your customers hire?

For a lot of small businesses, yes, and most owners can't see it happening.

One owner put it to me this way on a call: "I want to be, I don't even know the right word, AI friendly? AI trusted?" That's where most people are. You keep hearing about AI, you suspect your customers are using it to decide who to trust, and you're not sure what to do about it or whether it applies to you.

It's already happening. For Bahia Aventuras, a tour operator I work with in Costa Rica, ChatGPT became their #3 source of website traffic, ahead of Bing and every social network they're on. In one 30-day window it also sent them 13 bookings worth $2,100 USD, and nobody there knew until I looked. If a competitor of yours is the one getting named, you wouldn't know that either.

Where should you start?

With the AI Visibility Audit: $399 USD, one time, and it works on the website you already have.

I run the questions your customers actually ask through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google, and show you where you appear, where a competitor appears instead, and what's holding you back. Then I tell you whether the next step is worth paying for. If it isn't, I'll say so.

Who you'd be working with

Hola, I'm Gibran. When you email or call Zevi Media, you get me, the person doing the work, and that's been true since I founded it in 2011.

I've been building websites for small businesses since my first client in 2009, across the US, Costa Rica, and Mexico, in English and Spanish. There's a lot of noise about AI right now, and most of my job is cutting through it: figuring out what actually matters for your business, explaining it in plain language, and then doing it.

Is AI really sending customers to small businesses?

Yes, and here's the money attached to it for one of mine.

In the 30 days from June 11 to July 11, 2026, ChatGPT sent Bahia Aventuras 13 tour bookings worth $2,100 USD, at a 6.38% conversion rate, measured in Usermaven. I'm not claiming I caused that. Nobody ran a before and after, so it's a demand signal rather than a result I get to take credit for. What it shows is that AI is already sending paying customers to small businesses, and most owners can't see it.

"Thanks to Zevi Media we have grown and become more competitive. They are always attentive and provide professional service."
Rafael Sanchez · Bahia Aventuras
"Trustworthy and quality. Zevi Media has collaborated with us from the beginning of our project, starting with our logo and website. Their timely response and reliability give us confidence to continue working with them."

Questions you're probably asking

Can't I wait for all this to settle down?

You can, but you'd be giving up ground. AI visibility builds on itself, and the businesses that get established as a trusted answer now are the ones these tools keep naming later.

Isn't this just SEO?

It's the same discipline aimed at a new place: the AI's answer instead of a list of links. A lot of the work happens off your website, in listings, reviews, and directories, so I can move things even if your current site isn't perfect.

Can you promise I'll show up in ChatGPT?

No. Anyone who promises that is selling you something. What I can promise is the work, done every month and reported plainly, and a straight answer about what's moving and what isn't.

Is my business too small for this?

Probably not. If your customers ask AI for recommendations in your category, it's worth knowing what it tells them, and the $399 audit finds that out whether or not you do anything after.
